3. Your Workouts & Check-Ins
This is where the fun begins!
I’ll create a customized plan tailored to your unique needs and goals. We’ll meet for regular one-on-one sessions to tackle your plan together.

I offer personalized training based on your specific (A) goals, (B) abilities and (C) interests.
Programs generally fall under the big umbrellas of: muscle building, weight loss, strength, cardio, flexibility & stretching, or boxing. Most clients have a primary objective, but sessions often include a mix of exercises from different areas to enhance results and keep the workout engaging.
For example, a weight-loss session might include boxing and strength training, while a muscle-building program could incorporate stretching to improve mobility.
